I am a CDA-licensed psychologist in Dubai. CDA (Community Development Authority) is the UAE government body that registers and licenses mental health professionals practising in Dubai. The licence confirms verified education, supervised training, and compliance with UAE professional standards.

The practice works with adults individually and with couples. The approach integrates cognitive, attachment-based, emotion-focused, and systemic frameworks — used pragmatically according to what each person or couple brings.

Online sessions are available for clients in Dubai Marina, JLT, and elsewhere in Dubai and the UAE who prefer to work remotely — and for international clients.
