In-person sessions in Downtown Dubai

From 2 November 2026 my in-person sessions take place in Downtown Dubai. If you live or work nearby, in Business Bay, DIFC, the Dubai Mall area, City Walk or Al Wasl, the trip is usually short and easy to fit around a working day.

Some weeks are too full to travel. On those days we can meet online instead, and the work continues in the same way.

Getting there

By metro, the closest Red Line stations are Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall and Business Bay. By car or taxi, Downtown is easy to reach from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. At peak hours it helps to allow a little extra time for traffic and parking.

About my practice

I am a psychologist licensed by the Community Development Authority (CDA) of Dubai. The CDA registers and licenses psychologists who practise in Dubai and checks their education, training and professional conduct. I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology and I am a member of MEPA.

I work with adults individually and with couples. I draw on CBT, ACT and DBT and on an attachment-based understanding of relationships. My work with couples is informed by EFT and the Gottman method. I adapt the approach to what you bring rather than following one fixed model.

Online as an alternative

Online sessions follow the same format as in-person ones. An individual session lasts 50 minutes and a couples session lasts 75 or 90 minutes. Online works well if you travel often, live elsewhere in the UAE or abroad, or simply prefer to talk from home. Both formats are available in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Sessions are available in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. In-person sessions are offered in Dubai, with online continuity available for clients whose work, travel, or relocation takes them between different locations.
